Do I upload invoices by hand?
You set forwarding once (Gmail or Outlook). Each XML or voucher that hits the mailbox is filed and you get a notice. On the Pro plan you can also photograph a receipt; you review and confirm.
Does it work for Hacienda filing?
Yes. Journal organizes Costa Rica electronic invoices and at month end you build the spend and tax report, exportable to Excel.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Share access, search by vendor or period, and export the report.
