TRIBU-CR replaced ATV: the filing no longer lives on the old portal

On 6 October 2025 TRIBU-CR became the only official system for tax procedures and electronic invoicing, replacing ATV. It is not a URL change. It is another product: roles, APIs, and a design aimed at Hacienda Digital and returns that will later arrive pre-filled.

Companies that “already had someone who knew ATV” discover the knowledge was of screens, not of process. If issuer, accountant, and owner are unclear on who files, who issues, and where the cryptographic key lives, TRIBU-CR does not “feel hard.” It is exposing that there never was a system — there was a ritual.

Where software belongs, not a tutorial

• Consulting on the process: who does what, in which system, on the 15th of the month.
• Integration if your app has to talk to TRIBU-CR instead of a human on the portal.
• Journal so purchases do not depend on someone remembering to open the mailbox.

The new portal does not replace a messy operation. It makes it visible. That is uncomfortable, and it is the right moment to stop patching.

ATV could be memorized. TRIBU-CR demands an owner of the process.
